Este mes Hunter Douglas nos presenta el Revestimiento Tile una solución de revestimiento exterior e interior, compuesto por un sistema de anclajes, perfiles de nivelación y bandejas de modulaciones variables de un composit metálico de dos caras lisas unidas por unas celdillas estructurales de aluminio.



El revestimiento además de opaco, presenta las alternativas perforada y curvo, presentando así múltiples posibilidades.




Descripción General


- El revestimiento Tile HunterDouglas es una solución de revestimiento exterior e interior, compuesto por un sistema de anclajes, perfiles de nivelación y bandejas de modulaciones variables de un composit metálico de dos caras lisas unidas por unas celdillas estructurales de aluminio (Honeycomb).

- Debido a la composición de esta bandeja, la resistencia mecánica y planimetría obtenida es óptima y en condiciones de temperaturas elevadas, la dilatación es igual en ambas caras, lo que evita deformaciones, manteniendo su geometría y perfecta planitud.

- Este producto es ideal para aplicaciones como revestimiento interior o exterior de fachadas, revestimiento de pilares y adicionalmente puede ser utilizado como cielo.



Revestimiento Tile Perforado


Este revestimiento, apto para aplicaciones interiores, proporciona el atractivo propio de una superficie perforada, manteniendo la excelente planimetría del producto.


Revestimiento Tile Curvo


El revestimiento Tile es factible de utilizar en aplicaciones curvas y contracurvas desde radios amplios, hasta muy pequeños, como por ejemplo para su uso en revestimiento de pilares.

Montaje

Revestimiento Tile 25 mm. y 12,5 mm.


1. Bandeja revestimiento Tile de 25 mm. ó 12,5 mm.

2. Clip de fijación en Aluminio

3. Perfil Mullion: Perfil formado fabricado en aluzinc de 1,5 mm. por 5mts. de largo. Corresponde al perfil estructural del sistema.

4. Anclaje: Elemento fabricado en Aluzinc de 1,2 mm. de espesor para fijar el sistema a la estructura de apoyo (metálica u hormigón).

5. Perfil Cantería Aluminio: Perfil cantería para revestimiento Tile de 25 mm., fabricado en aluminio extruído. Se fabrica en 3 colores: aluminio anodizado mate, aluminio anodizado negro y anodizado natural. El largo estándar es de 6 mts.

6. Burlete: Fabricado en EPDM de color negro. Este burlete se coloca en el perfil de aluminio extruído y sirve para dar estanqueidad a la cantería entre bandejas.

7. Cordón respaldo en polietileno reticulado (cantería con silicona estructural): Perfil de 10 mm. de diámetro, que actúa como respaldo para el sello final en el caso de las canterías sin terminación de aluminio.

8.Sello estructural: Sello de silicona estructural, del tipo Spectrum 2 de Tremco. En colores negro, gris y blanco.







Fachadas Ventiladas


El revestimiento Tile HunterDouglas con cantería abierta, es un sistema constructivo basado en la tecnología “Rainscreen”.

Las canterías verticales del revestimiento permiten drenar aguas lluvia y la condensación producida por detrás de la superficie del revestimiento, por diferencias de presión, proporcionando las siguientes ventajas:


- Asegura la estanqueidad del edificio.

- Facilita la evaporación de agua del interior del edificio y lo que ingresa del exterior.

- No existen problemas de dilatación de materiales al tener las junturas o canterías abiertas.

- Aislación térmica y acústica (materiales y cámara de aire).

- El espacio intermedio se puede utilizar para alojar ductos de distintas instalaciones (eléctricas, sanitarias, hidráulicas, etc.).

- Fácil acceso a estas instalaciones.

- Facilita la mantención de la fachada.

Lucien Rose Complex / Atelier du Pont
Dreamed by of Edmond Herve, Mayor of Rennes from 1977 to 2008 and a leading figure on the French political scene, the new Lucien Rose Complex created by Atelier du Pont is in keeping with an area that has historically belonged to the city’s more prosperous inhabitants: the down-town Thabor Botanical Gardens district. 'hylozoic ground', canada's official national pavilion for this year's la biennale di venezia,

is an experimental piece of architecture that explores the qualities of contemporary wilderness.

designed by canadian architect and sculptor philip beesley, the installation is constructed

out of an intricate system of transparent acrylic meshwork links, covered with a network

of interactive mechanical fronds, filters, and whiskers.



the root of the project's name, 'hylozoism', refers to the ancient belief that all matter has life.

true to its source, the whole installation functions similarly to a giant lung, breathing

in and out around its occupants. the interactive piece of architecture responds to human

presence and movement by tens of thousands of lightweight digitally-fabricated components

which are fitted with microprocessors and proximity sensors.



'hylozoic soil' explores how the built environment can affect humans on an emotional

and poetic level, bridging the gap between the animate and the inanimate. the technologies

used in the construction of the installation has the potential to be applied and translated

to fields beyond the discipline of architecture such as geotextiles, material science,

environmental engineering, robots, and biotechnology.
